Use over cooked meat, poultry or seafood.
1/4 cup shallots, minced
4 ounces butter
1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
Heat butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots, sauté 5 minutes or until soft.
Add thyme, remove from heat.
Stir until completely combined. Store covered in refrigerator.
