1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onion - diced small
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
2 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic - minced
4 Melissa’s New Mexico Hatch Peppers - roasted; peeled; seeded, diced small
1 Roma Tomato - diced small
4 pouches Melissa’s Four Cheese Sauce
Heat the olive oil in a sauté pan over high heat.
Add the onion and season with the salt and pepper. Sauté, stirring often, until the onions are translucent, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the garlic, Hatch peppers and tomato. Add the cheese sauce, stir and cook until hot, 2 minutes.
Serve with chips, as a topping for hot dogs or burgers, with vegetable crudités, etc.
