1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup Melissa’s Costa Azul
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour all at once. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy, about 5 minutes.
Pour over tortilla chips, pasta, rice, etc
