Ingredients
-
1 Pinkglow® Pineapple, sliced into half-moons or chunks
-
2-3 dragon fruits (both red and white varieties), halved and sliced
-
2-3 pomegranates, seeded
-
1 pint fresh strawberries, halved
-
1 pint fresh raspberries
-
1/2 small watermelon, sliced into wedges
Directions
Slice the Pinkglow® Pineapple into elegant half-moons or bite-sized pieces for easy snacking.
Halve the dragon fruits and scoop out the flesh, slicing it into crescent or cube shapes. Include both red and white varieties for a visually stunning contrast.
Cut the pomegranates into quarters and remove the seeds, keeping them in clusters for added texture.
Wash and halve the strawberries, ensuring they are vibrant and juicy.
Rinse the raspberries and pat them dry to maintain their freshness.
Slice the watermelon into wedges, removing any seeds for convenience.
Start with a wooden or white serving tray for a modern, clean presentation.
Place the Pinkglow® Pineapple at the center as the star ingredient.
Arrange the dragon fruit slices around the pineapple, alternating red and white pieces to create a striking color pattern.
Add pomegranate clusters to one side, allowing the ruby-red seeds to add a touch of elegance.
Layer the strawberries and raspberries on the opposite side for a pop of texture and sweetness.
Finish by placing the watermelon wedges along the edges of the platter, framing the arrangement beautifully.
