Directions
Prepare the Fruits
Wash and dry all fruits thoroughly.
Slice the dragon fruit into thin rounds and use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter for festive shapes.
Peel and thinly slice the mango, or create spirals for a decorative touch.
Slice the blood oranges and arrange into overlapping circles.
Assemble the Platter
Place the bowls of chocolate sauce, caramel sauce, and yogurt onto a large wooden board or platter as anchors.
Arrange Melissa’s Crepes folded into triangles in one section of the board.
Scatter Melissa’s Clean Snax® in another section for added crunch.
Add the fruits in colorful groupings around the dips and crepes, creating a balance of colors and textures.
Include chocolate-covered almonds for extra indulgence, if desired.
Garnish and Serve
Tuck fresh mint leaves throughout the platter for a refreshing pop of green.
Serve immediately, allowing everyone to dip and mix their favorite combinations.
