Ingredients
-
1 pound fingerling potatoes
-
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
-
4 tablespoons chopped garlic
-
Melissa’s Tuscan Style Seasoning
-
Chopped Italian parsley
-
2 teaspoons Melissa’s Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
-
Salt, to taste
-
1 teaspoon pepper
-
1 tablespoon chives, reserved for garnish
-
1 packet Melissa’s Hollandaise Sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fingerling potatoes and cook until they are fork-tender. Once cooked, remove the potatoes from the water and drain them.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, oil, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, and pepper.
Using Melissa’s Tuscan Style Seasoning grinder, grind the seasoning until it coats the potatoes evenly. If the seasoning is not enough, grind it out while tossing the potatoes.
Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
Drizzle Melissa’s Hollandaise Sauce over the potatoes and garnish with the reserved chives.
