3 pounds Baby Red Potatoes (or Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes)
(Substitute with Dutch Red® Potatoes, Baby Ruby Gold® Potatoes, Gemstone Potatoes®, Ruby Gold® Potatoes)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
In a large pot, bring water to boil (enough to cover potatoes). Add baby red potatoes. Cook until fork - tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and rinse.
In a large bowl, mash potatoes (skin on) with a potato masher. Add butter and 1/2 cup milk. Stir well. Add additional milk to get desired creaminess.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
