1 tub hummus - use traditional hummus (8 ounces)

2 tablespoons Meyer lemons juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 teaspoon chile powder

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1 package organic carrots - use baby carrots

1 package organic celery, cut into sticks

1/4 pound Sugar Snap Peas
Directions
In a medium size bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Transfer to a serving dish and surround with the vegetables.
