Ingredients

3 tablespoons Kiwano Horned Melon juice

1/3 cup olive oil

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, prepared

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

2 tablespoons water
Directions
Process all ingredients until smooth.
Serve over your favorite green salad.
Recipe Note
Halve and remove pulp from the Kiwano Melon. Place in sieve and remove seeds. Use this extracted juice in the recipe.
