Ingredients

1/2 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice

1/4 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch dice

1 ripe mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch dice

1 small red onion, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch dice

1 Organic Bell Pepper (use red Bell Pepper) trimmed and cut into 1/4 inch dice

Dried Habanero Chiles, fresh (use 1/4 or 1/2) diced very fine

1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
-
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pinch salt
-
1 pinch sugar
Directions
Combine all ingredients and season to taste.
Set aside for 20 minutes while flavors meld.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
