This is a great marinade for chicken or beef.
1 chipotle pepper, canned in adobo
½ teaspoon adobo sauce, from the can
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Organic Blue Agave Syrup
1 cup passion fruit pulp (about 6 passion fruit)
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.
Use as a salad dressing or marinade.
Refrigerate when not using.
