1 cup skim milk

4 organic green onions, diced

1 cup organic garlic, chopped

5 pounds Baby Red Potatoes (red spuds) skin left on

To your taste Organic Grinders, Black Peppercorn

To your taste salt
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Do not remove skin. Chop/mash by hand or with hand mixer.
Add milk, onions, parsley, salt and pepper, and blend until completely mixed in.
Recipe Note
Use a little fat-free sour cream in place of part of the milk.
