Ingredients

1/2 organic pineapple, ripe, peeled, cored, diced small (approximately 2 cups. Or substitute with 3 South African Baby Pineapples)

1 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) cored and diced

1/4 cup red onions, diced

2 tablespoons basil (use basil leaves) chopped

2 tablespoons ginger root, peeled and grated

1 teaspoon hot sauce (use your favorite)

1/4 cup olive oil

Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, seson with salt and pepper, to taste. Add hot sauce, if you desire. Allow to sit for 1 hour before using.
