Ingredients

5 large organic tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 2 cups)

1/2 medium white onion, medium dice

4 organic limes juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

4 Serrano Chiles, minced (remove seeds and veins if you want to reduce the heat)

1/4 bunch cilantro, chopped
-
1/2 teaspoon Mexican oregano, toasted

1/2 teaspoon corn oil
Directions
Put tomatoes, onion, lime juice, lemon juice, salt, chiles, cilantro, oregano and corn oil on a bowl.
Put vegetable mixture in the refrigerator for 3 hours to let the flavors “marry”.
