1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
2 Limes
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape the pulp into a saucepan.
Add the vinegar and the brown sugar.
While stirring, bring just to a scald (bubbles appearing around the edges).
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined. Remove from the heat and add to a blender.
Strain the vinaigrette and refrigerate until ready to use.
