1 cup orange marmalade
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic - chopped
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Ancho Chile
1/4 teaspoon cumin, ground
Combine marmalade, tomato sauce, vinegar, garlic, salt, peppers, and cumin in a small saucepan and stir to incorporate.
Heat sauce to a boil, stirring often.
Simmer for 2 minutes, and let cool completely.
