Ingredients

6 fresh feijoas, cut in half and flesh scooped out

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup Sweet Young Coconut, meat

1½ cups Sweet Young Coconut, water

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
Directions
In a blender, place all the ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.
Use as a salad dressing or marinade. Refrigerate when not using.
