3 ounces roasted sweet corn, reconstituted and drained thoroughly

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced

2 medium organic tomatoes, cored and diced

2 tablespoons cilantro, leaves finely chopped

1/2 cup organic limes, juice freshly squeezed

Directions
Mix ingredients together in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, to taste. Allow to sit for 1 hour before use.
