Ingredients

3 organic bell pepper (use green bell pepper), cored and seeded

3 organic bell pepper (use red bell pepper), cored and seeded

1/2 jalapeno pepper

3 medium onions

1/2 cups cider vinegar

1/2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a food processor grind all the peppers and onions to a coarse texture, but do not puree.
Scrape into a non-reactive saucepan and add enough water to cover (about 1 cup).
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Strain and return the solids to the saucepan.
Add the Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt; boil for 5 minutes more.
Fill hot, sterilized canning jars and seal property. Will keep indefinitely.
