Ingredients

1 cup Greek Yogurt

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice from 2 Melissa’s Seedless Lemons

2 cloves Melissa’s Peeled Garlic
-
4 sprigs Melissa’s Baby Dill - stems discarded

1 Melissa’s Shallot - peeled; rough chopped
-
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
-
1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt
-
1/8 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

4 cups Frozen Peas - blanched; shocked in ice water
-
1 cup (about 1 bunch) Radishes - sliced very thin
-
2 heads Melissa’s Organic Butter Lettuce - washed; trimmed; chopped

4 Green Onions - trimmed; sliced into thin rounds
For the Dressing
For the Salad
Directions
Place all of the dressing ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
In a bowl, add the salad ingredients and mix. Drizzle in your desired amount of the dressing and serve.
