Ingredients

1 each Hot House Cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/4 jar Fire Roasted Peppers, drained and chopped
-
1 each avocado, chopped
-
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Get a large mixing bowl.
Clean and chop the first four ingredients.
Then add cider vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper.
Mix well and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
