A great way to use up that holiday bird!
Ingredients

3 cups turkey, shredded or diced

1 onion, peeled and chopped

4 cloves peeled garlic, finely chopped

1 cup green chile sauce (see Tomatillo Sauce recipe)

2 cups potatoes; peeled, cooked and diced into 1 inch cubes

1 cup chicken broth, turkey broth or vegetable broth

Tamale Kits (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed. Use as a filling for your tamales.
