16 Chicken Wings, rinsed; patted dry
1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 package Melissa’s Hatch Pepper Clean Snax®, crushed
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
In a mixing bowl, combine the salt, pepper and paprika. Season the wings with half of the seasoning mixture.
Set up a dredging station by pouring the buttermilk into a bowl and placing the crushed Clean Snax® into another bowl. Add the rest of the seasoning mix and the parmesan to the Clean Snax® and mix well.
Prepare the wings by dipping them, one at a time, into the buttermilk and then completely coating them In the Clean Snax® mixture, gently shaking off the excess. Place the wing on the air fryer basket and repeat for the remaining wings.
Place them into the air fryer and cook at 380ºF for 12 minutes. Turn them over and cook them for an additional 12 minutes and then increase the temperature to 400ºF and cook for 5 minutes or until completely cooked. Remove them from the oven and serve.
