This is a delicious and moist fruit cake!
Ingredients

1 (3 ounces) package Dried Cranberries

1 (3 ounces) package Dried Blueberries

1 (3 ounces) package Dried Tart Cherries

1 (3 ounces) package Dried Pineapple chunks, diced

1 (3 ounces) package Dried Strawberries, diced

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1 package cake mix (use yellow cake mix)

1 (3.4 oz.) package instant vanilla pudding mix

4 eggs

1/2 cup whole milk (cold)

1/2 cup rum
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Butter and lightly flour a 10-inch loaf pan.
Toss the dried fruit with the flour to coat.
Mix together the cake mix and the rest of the ingredients until creamy.
Fold in the dried fruit and pour into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes then remove from the pan and cool completely on a wire rack.
