2 packages Melissa’s Pomegranate Arils

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2-3 Dragon Fruits

2 Finger Limes

1 teaspoon red food coloring
Directions
First, you’re going to make the "blood" that you’ll be drizzling over your “I scream”. Blend and strain pomegranate arils, then reserve juice and discard the pulp/seeds. Add juice, sugar and red food coloring to a sauce pan and cook over high heat until boiling. Once you’ve reached boiling temperature, reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce is reduced by half.
Next, cut the tops off the dragon fruit and use an ice cream scooper to scoop out desired amount of “I scream” and place in a dessert glass. Drizzle "blood" over "I scream" and garnish with finger lime caviar for a spooky, delicious treat.
