Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces dried cranberries

1 1/2 ounces dried blueberries

1/4 South African Baby Pineapple, diced small

1/2 green Jalapeno Chile, seeded and deveined, diced small

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 medium starfruit, cut into 1/4 inch slices

2 ounces cream cheese
-
1 tablespoon heavy cream
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the dried fruit, pineapple and jalapeno. Gently mix in the sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese and cream and mix well.
Place the mixture in a piping bag with a large tip. Pipe out a large rosette in the center of each starfruit slice.
Top with the fruit mixture.
