Melissa's Organic Baby Yams feature four beautiful petite varieties that are a minimum of 3/4" in diameter; Jewel, Garnet, Charleston and Japanese. Please note, unless otherwise specified, each order will be filled using Organic Baby Garnet Yams.

Baby Jewel yams have a deep orange moist flesh wrapped tightly in a copper-colored to orange skin.

Baby Garnet yams have an orange-yellow flesh encased in a light red-purple garnet-colored skin.

Baby Japanese yams have a creamy white interior and a red-colored skin.

Baby Charleston yams have a dark purple interior with a vibrant purple interior.

Any of these delicious and nutritious vegetables makes a tasty garnish, or you can mix the varieties to create a colorful side dish. 

Choose those that are firm and free of cracks or soft spots. Store in a cool, dry location for up to seven days.
