
Organic French Fingerling Potatoes

Melissa's Organic French Fingerlings are medium size tubers with satin smooth reddish orange skins.
Slowly braised or quickly boiled, they soak up even more flavor, enriched by wine or broth, olive oil, herbs and/or spices. Fingerlings are delectable simply boiled, drained and beautifully seasoned, but can of course be used for a variety of other delicious side dishes.
Melissa’s Organic Fingerlings Potatoes should be kept in refrigeration at temperatures from 45-55 degrees F. When stored in cooler temperatures, the sugar content of these potatoes has a tendency to change to starch. Organic produce should not be stacked with non-organic produce.
