Egg Roll Wrappers

These paper-thin sheets of dough can be used to make egg rolls, dim sum, or Chinese dumplings or potstickers. Once prepared, egg rolls may be boiled, deep-fried, or steamed and served as an appetizer, snack or side dish with a variety of sauces.

Melissa’s Egg Roll Wrappers are hand-packaged for excellent quality. These wraps must be refrigerated and are date coded for freshness. Use within 2 days of opening. 

Ingredients: Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Gluten, Salt, Sodium Propionate (To Retard Spoilage), Sodium Benzoate (To Retard Spoilage), and Citric Acid. Dusted with Cornstarch.
