The Bordeaux Radish creates a beautiful purple colored broth!
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, julienned
1/2 pound Melissa's Bordeaux Radish, cut into bite-size pieces, 1/2 inch thick
2 each fresh button mushrooms, sliced
1 pinch kosher salt
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
