Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves organic garlic, crushed

2 ounces ginger root, grated

12 ounces kale, washed

2 ounces raisins - (use California Raisins)
Directions
Remove the center core of the kale and finely chop the leaves. This can be done in a processor but the kale should not be cut too finely.
Heat a wok and add the oil. When hot, add the garlic and ginger.
Stir for a few seconds until the aroma is released, then add the kale.
Stir quickly over high heat until kale is just wilted. Add the raisins and serve.
