A fresh salad with crunch, a bit of sweet, and tang.
Ingredients

6 cups organic spinach, washed and spun dry
-
12 organic tangerines, segmented
-
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, shelled
-
1 bunch organic green onions, sliced
-
1/2 cup waterchestnuts, sliced
-
Choice of balsamic vinegar dressing
-
Salt and pepper to taste
-
1 package Melissa's dried cranberries
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Just before service, add the dressing and salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
