Ingredients

1 cup Radicchio, washed, trimmed and chopped

1 cup Watercress, washed, trimmed and chopped

1 cup Belgian Endive, washed, trimmed and chopped

1 cup Organic Romaine Lettuce, washed, trimmed and chopped

1/2 cup apples washed and chopped
-
1/4 cup goat cheese crumbled (optional)

2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
Directions
Combine all salad greens and apples.
Toss with your favorite salad dressing.
Top salad with pine nuts and goat cheese (optional).
Recipe Note
Recommended dressing: Raspberry Vinaigrette or a Blue Cheese Dressing.
