6 cups organic spinach, stems removed
2 cups organic strawberries, cut in half
1/2 cup Honey Roasted Walnuts
1 clove organic garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 tablespoons champagne wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with salt.
In a bowl whisk together garlic paste, lemon juice, vinegar, zest, and pepper.
Whisk in oil until emulsified.
Toss in spinach, strawberries, and walnuts.
