Ingredients

2 Romaine Hearts, chopped (6 cups)

1 bulb fennel, trimmed and tops removed

1 (6 ounces) container Organic Cherry Tomatoes, halved

1/4 red onion, julienned

1/2 bunch Italian parsley, chopped

Melissa's Spice Grinders, use Coarse Sea Salt to taste

Melissa's Spice Grinders, use Rainbow Peppercorns to taste

1/4 cup Good Life Food Organic Salad Dressings, use Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Dressing to taste

Shredded Parmesan cheese to taste
Directions
Place romaine in a large bowl.
Quarter the fennel and remove the core.
Thinly slice the fennel crosswise and add to the bowl.
Next add the tomatoes, onion and parsley.
Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
Recipe Note
If you are not going to serve this salad right away, do not add the dressing until just before serving.
