Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar

1 pound napa cabbage, shredded

1 carrot, shredded

1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced

6 green onions, thinly sliced
Dressing
Salad
Directions
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Combine cabbage, carrot, red onion and green onions in a large bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat evenly.
