2 packages Melissa’s Organic Steamed Red Beets
-
2 packages Melissa’s Peeled and Steamed Garbanzo Beans, rinsed, drained

2 Granny Smith Apples, cored, diced

4 cups fresh baby arugula, washed, dried

1 cup crumbled feta cheese
-
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the beets and the next 3 ingredients.
Place the mixture, equally, on 6 chilled salad plates.
Top with the cheese, season with the pepper and serve.
