1/2 cabbage
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Baby Heirloom Tomatoes or Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
1 avocado, sliced or cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1 cup bleu cheese dressing
Sliced one head of cabbage into four long sections and plate.
Toss bacon, tomatoes and acovado over each wedge.
Drizzle in dressing and serve.
