1 package of Melissa’s Steamed Black Eyed Peas, rinsed

2 slices of bacon, cooked, roughly chopped

½ of a small red onion, finely diced

½ cup fried/sauteed okra, sliced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup green onion, sliced

½ cup cooked/grilled corn kernels

¼ cup feta cheese

Juice of ½ of a lime

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper
