Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 cups turkey, cooked and chopped

2 organic green onions, diced

1 teaspoon Melissa's roasted garlic

1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (like Tabasco Sauce)

3/4 cup non-dairy cheese, shredded

6 flour tortillas

Melissa's Hatch Salsa
-
Organic lime wedges
-
Warmed tortilla chips

Directions
In 2-quart saucepan, whisk together milk and flour until well blended. Over medium heat, cook until mixture thickens and boils.
Remove from heat; stir in turkey, green onions, chile sauce and 1/4 cup soy shreds.
Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/4 cupful mixture down center of flour tortilla.
Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
Top with Melissa’s salsa. Serve with lime wedges and tortilla chips on the side.
