4 pieces focaccia bread
2 Anaheim Peppers, roasted
2 cloves organic garlic, chopped
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
¼ teaspoon thyme
½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat over to 400 degrees F.
Peel, seed, and slice peppers into shreds. Place bread on a baking sheet and arrange the peppers over the bread, followed by all other ingredients and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake until cheese has melted and is sizzling. Serve immediately.
