1 pound Beer Bratwurst Sausages, cut into 12 bite-size pieces

12 Melissa’s Veggie Sweet Mini Peppers, rinsed

1 Melissa’s Perfect Sweet Onion, cut into 8 wedges

12 Mini San Marzano Tomatoes, rinsed
-
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
-
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Non-stick cooking spray
-
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut into 12 bite-size pieces

2 Granny Smith Apples, cut into 12 bite-size pieces
-
2 Melissa’s Organic Limes
-
-
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
-
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Non-stick cooking spray

1 pound beef, cut into 12 bite-size pieces

6 Melissa’s Fresh Peeled Cipolline Onions, halved

12 small button mushrooms

12 Melissa’s Baby Heirloom Tomatoes, rinsed

4 Wooden Skewers, soaked in water

Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

1 Melissa’s Organic Mini Red Seedless Watermelon, you’ll need 12 bite-size pieces
-
1 Melissa’s Jicama, peeled and cut into 12 bite-size pieces
-
12 Bocconcini Mozzarella
-
12 fresh basil leaves
-
4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
-
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Non-stick cooking spray

Watermelon-Basil Skewers
Directions
For the sausage, pork and beef skewers
Prepare a medium/hot grill.
Assemble them by threading equal amounts of each skewer ingredient onto each of the 4 skewers.
Season the skewers with salt and pepper and coat them with the cooking spray.
Place them on the preheated grill and cook until your desired doneness, being sure to cook the pork and sausage until you reach a safe internal temperature (155ºF-160ºF).
For the watermelon skewers
Prepare a medium/hot grill.
Spray the watermelon and jicama with cooking spray and grill until you get nice grill marks on all sides. Let cool.
Once cooled, thread the watermelon, bocconcini, basil and jicama on the 4 skewers.
Drizzle with fresh lime juice, if desired and serve.
Recipe Note
For the Pork & Apple Skewers, squeeze the limes (juice) all over the assembled skewers and discard the limes.
