1/4 pound lean ground beef
1 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
3 Melissa's New Mexico Hatch Peppers (or substitute Anaheim Pepper for mild heat) roasted, peeled, seeded, diced to taste
Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper
8 each Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls, halved horizontally
Prepare a hot grill.
In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the dinner rolls, until well mixed.
Form the meat into 8 small patties.
Grill the patties on the hot bbq until desired doneness.
Serve on the dinner rolls with your favorite condiments (i.e. ketchup, mustard, relish, tomato, onion, etc...).
Hawaiian sweet rolls are a great vessel for these petite burgers.
