One cup Red Muscatos™ grapes, halved
Three eggs
One-half cup sugar
One cup whole milk
One teaspoon vanilla extract
One-half teaspoon cinnamon
Three-fourths cup all-purpose flour
One-fourth cup Melissa’s Fabbri Wild Cherry Dessert Sauce
Powdered sugar, for garnish
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
Arrange grapes in the dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.
Gradually add flour, whisking until smooth.
Pour batter over grapes and bake 35 minutes, or until golden and set.
Drizzle with wild cherry sauce and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
