1 Sapurana mango, peeled and sliced
1/4 Pinkglow® pineapple, peeled, diced, and core removed
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1-pint heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup white sugar
Melissa’s French Style Crêpes
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
Add the heavy whipping cream and beat with an electric mixer until the mixture thickens.
Add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture becomes stiff.
Spread 3 tablespoons of the cheese mixture evenly across half of a crêpe. Arrange mango slices and pink pineapple over the cheese mixture.
Fold the other half of the crêpe over the filling, then fold into a triangle.
Serve immediately.
