This glowing and mystical potion combines the exotic sweetness of mangosteen with a touch of shimmer for that spellbinding Halloween effect.
8 fresh mangosteens (about 1 ½ cups of mangosteen pulp)
2 cups white grape juice
2 cups coconut water
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoon edible pearl luster dust ice cubes
Start by carefully cutting the mangosteens in half; scoop out the pulp and discard the seeds. You should end up with about 1 ½ cups of mangosteen pulp.
In a blender, combine the mangosteen pulp, white grape juice, coconut water, and lime juice. Blend until smooth, and thin with additional juice if necessary.
Stir in the edible luster dust to give the potion its enchanting shimmer. Make sure it’s well-mixed so that the entire drink has a magical glow.
To serve, fill your glass with ice cubes and pour the Mystic Mangosteen Elixir over the ice. Stir gently to keep the shimmer swirling.
Mangosteens have a hard, leathery shell. Use caution when cutting. Note that this fruit arrives ripe and ready to eat.
