2 ripe mangos; peeled, pits removed, cut into sticks
To taste Melissa’s Ground Hatch Pepper “Powder”
(2) 12x16-inch sheets parchment paper – folded in half lengthwise
Roll the parchment paper into 2 cone-shaped vessels and secure them with scotch tape.
Fill the cones with the mango strips and season with the hatch pepper. Serve and enjoy.
A squeeze of fresh lime would be good as well!
