Ingredients
-
1 (16 ounces) can fat-free refried beans
-
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
-
1 pound lean ground beef
-
8 ounces sour cream
-
3 organic tomatoes, diced
-
1 cup Hatch Salsa
-
1 jar Fire Roasted Peppers, diced
-
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
-
15 ounces tortilla chips
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the beef and mix in the seasonings. Set aside to cool.
In an 8-inch square dish, layer the ingredients in the order as they appear above. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy with the tortilla chips!
Recipe Note
You can use any shredded cheese you would like but I prefer a Mexican blend.
