Guvar Beans (or Guar Beans) are slender green pods, also known as cluster beans or Indian string beans. They offer a delightful crunch and a slightly bitter, green taste, similar to broad beans.
Trim the ends and cut into 1-inch pieces; sauté, stir-fry or roast. Traditional Indian uses include dals, sabzi and pulao.
