This mango grows in protective bags and stays on the tree longer than most, resulting in exceptional sizing, amazing flavor and a deliciously creamy texture. This fruit is generally sold firm with a golden-green hue. You’ll know it's ripe and ready to eat when it develops a rich yellow color and sweet fragrance. Once ripe, enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to a week.
